Prices:

Prices are in £ sterling and exclude VAT, which will be added at the time of order at the current rate.  Prices may be changed without notice.  While SRC Direct will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur.  If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order (acceptance of order is defined as the date that goods are despatched from our warehouse), we will notify you as soon as possible and will give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.

Payment:

Payment can be made by most major credit cards via our secure payment provider.

All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation.  If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will notify you.  We will cannot be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Receipts:

All customers placing an order will be provided with a receipt, both by email and to the specified address with the order.  Please contact us if you suspect your receipt to be incorrect and we will rectify it.

Availability:

We take every reasonable care to ensure that items can be dispatched within the indicated timeframes.  In the unlikely event that this will not be possible, when we receive your order we will email you with the expected delivery time.  If you decide not to continue with your order any sum debited from your credit card will be credited to your account and we will notify you at the email address given by you on the order form.  The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.

Security:

We take every reasonable precaution to protect your information both online and offline.

Your credit card details are verified by our secure gateway.  For your added security we only deliver to the cardholder’s registered address.  This prevents credit card fraud by ensuring that only the cardholder can receive products ordered over the Internet.

We frequently review and update our security procedures.

While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit card details, SRC Direct cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted by and used by third parties.

Data Protection:

SRC Direct will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of clients’ order and payment secure, but unless SRC Direct is negligent, SRC Direct will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by the client.

SRC Direct will use the information the client provides about themselves for the purpose of fulfilling the order, unless the client agrees otherwise.  SRC Direct would like to notify the client of products, services and offers that may be of interest and if the client would like to be notified of these, they must inform SRC Direct.

Delivery:

A delivery charge will be added to your shopping basket.  SRC Direct aim to deliver goods within 3 to 5 working days and in no more than 30 days.  Deliveries will normally be made on the next working day following despatch.

Orders will be delivered on our behalf by a reputable delivery company.

Support:

Where purchased, telephone software support is available during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, except for bank holidays and public holidays.  If the problem cannot be resolved, technical support staff will raise the technical issue to our contacts at the relevant software manufacturer.

Where purchased, Quick-Start support for digital dictation hardware is available during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, except for bank holidays and public holidays for a period of 3 months from date of purchase. 

Guarantee:

All our products are supplied with a manufacturer’s guarantee for a minimum period of one year from the date of delivery.  This excludes faults caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect and is subject to any terms, conditions and limitations of the manufacturers guarantee.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

On receipt of your goods from SRC Direct, please inspect them immediately and inform us (at returns@src.co.uk) of any damages or missing items within 3 working days.  No liability will be accepted for any damaged or missing items not reported within 3 days of receipt of goods or 31 days or order, whichever is sooner.  All risks of damage, losses etc. pass to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address.

If your goods develop a fault during their 12-month warranty period, please email the SRC Direct Goods Return Authorisation Form (available from the website at www.src-direct.co.uk) to returns@src.co.uk.  Generally we will exchange or refund the item provided it is ‘as new’ and has no faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect.

General:

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature or other document or information used by SRC Direct shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of SRC Direct.  Internet orders accepted by SRC Direct shall be subject to these terms.

No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this website.  To the extent permissible by law all implied terms, whether by statute or otherwise, are excluded.

SRC Direct’s liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of good purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded.  Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of SRC Direct or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.

This contract shall be governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
