Delivery
If the product/s you have ordered are in stock you should receive them the next working day. In the unlikely event that a product is not in stock, we aim to deliver your goods within 5 to 7 days; this allows us to order new stock from the manufacturer. If we are unable to deliver your purchase within this time we will email you to advise you of the expected delivery date and give you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
For orders under £100, delivery is charged at £7.50 for the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Orders over £100 are charged £12.50 for next day delivery by courier with a signature on arrival. Delivery will only be made to the billing address.
Order Status
You can view the status of all your orders by visiting the ‘My Account’ page. You will need to login with your email address and password.
Returning Goods
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are faulty, Download the SRC Direct Goods Return Authorisation Form here, fill this in and email to returns@src.co.uk, or fax to 020 7610 1806.This procedure excludes Philips products. If your Philips product is faulty please contact them directly on 01206 755 903.
