SRC Direct Products

What are Bundles?
For the single user, SRC Direct’s exclusive bundle packages provide everything needed to get started. Each combination has been specifically designed to deliver maximum performance at an excellent price point.

These packages cost less than buying individual items and give customers access to SRC’s tried and tested tip-sheets, which are used by SRC’s consultants when training major roll-outs of digital dictation and speech recognition systems.

Bundles with Telephone Support provide 3 months access to SRC's technical helpdesk team, who are on-hand from 9am to 5pm to help resolve any issues you encounter.

What are Multi-User Bundles?
For small workgroups and departments, SRC’s Multi-User packages are a cost-effective way to purchase multiple quantities of specially bundled products and are comparable to SRC Direct’s Bundles with Telephone Support for single users.

Speech Recognition based packages are available for 5 users, while digital dictation based packages are available for 5 authors and two secretaries - an excellent working ratio.

I can’t find the product I want, what should I do?
To ensure maximum satisfaction, SRC Direct provides only best-of-breed speech recognition and digital dictation hardware and software, based on SRC’s independent evaluation of these products. However, if you are interested in a product not available on the site, please use the Request a Product form and we will advise if and how you can purchase the product from SRC Direct.

Ordering

Do prices include or exclude VAT?
Prices are shown both including and excluding VAT. Items added to the basket will have VAT added during the checkout process.

Can I get advice from SRC Direct before making my purchase?
SRC Direct are able to advise customers on purchases via the ‘Ask a Questions About This Product’ option or the ‘Contact Us’ page.

How much does delivery cost?
For orders under £100, delivery is charged at £7.50 for the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Orders over £100 are charged £12.50 for next day delivery by courier with a signature on arrival.

I’d like to order a large quantity of items, can you offer preferential pricing?
We do our utmost to offer the best price to our customers. For most orders over 5 units (excluding items under £100) it’s best to contact us via the ‘contact us’ form on the website or by calling a member of the SRC business development team on 020 7471 0101 to discuss preferential pricing.

How long will my order take to reach me?
If the product/s you have ordered are in stock you should receive them the next working day. In the unlikely event that a product is not in stock, we aim to deliver your goods within 5 to 7 days, this allows us to order new stock from the manufacturer. If we are unable to deliver your purchase within this time we will email you to advise you of expected delivery date and give you the option to cancel your order.

After-Sales

Can I trace my order?
Yes, log-in to the SRC Direct website and select My Account, here you will be able to see the status of all your orders, whether they are pending, being processed or have been despatched.

I’ve received the wrong product, how do I change it?
In the unlikely event that an incorrect product is despatched to you, please email returns@src.co.uk.

My product is faulty, how do I get a replacement?
Download the SRC Direct Goods Return Authorisation Form here, fill this in and email to returns@src.co.uk, or fax to 020 7610 1806. This procedure excludes Philips products. If your Philips product is faulty please contact them directly on 01206 755 903.

Training

Can I get training on products bought from SRC Direct?
Training services are not available to purchase via the SRC Direct website. However, SRC does provide training, to discuss your requirements please use the ‘SRC Training Services’ form on the website or call a member of the SRC business development team on 020 7471 0101.
